1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for the Accountability Partner service may be granted under the following conditions:
Before Service Start:
A full refund is available if you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
After Service Start:
A pro-rated refund may be issued if:
You notify us of cancellation within the first 7 days of starting the service.
You provide a valid reason for discontinuing the service (e.g., unforeseen personal circumstances).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services already rendered (e.g., completed sessions).
Missed sessions or late cancellations without prior notice.
Dissatisfaction arising from a failure to adhere to agreed-upon accountability goals or tasks.
